Exchange & Returns

At House of Aarya, each saree is carefully curated and handcrafted. We ensure the highest quality standards, and our policies are designed to maintain fairness and transparency.


๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Domestic Orders (India)

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange/store credit on all non-discounted products

  • Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery

  • To initiate, email us at: Pragatisaree001@gmail.com

Our team will respond within 24โ€“48 working hours with further steps.


Reverse Pickup

  • Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2โ€“4 working days

  • Our courier partner will make 2 pickup attempts

  • If unsuccessful, the request will be considered closed

If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may self-ship the product (details will be shared via email).


Product Condition for Exchange

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Customers are requested to maintain product condition while trying

โ— Items failing quality check will not be eligible for exchange


After Quality Check

  • You can choose:

    • Exchange for another product, OR

    • Store credit for future use

  • Process timeline: 7โ€“9 working days

  • You will be notified once:

    • Replacement is shipped, OR

    • Store credit is issued


Store Credit

  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue

  • Can be used for same or higher value purchases


๐ŸŒ International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer direct returns or exchanges

  • However, customers may ship the product back at their own cost within 3 weeks of delivery

Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition with tags intact

  • Upon approval, store credit will be issued


Damaged / Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

    • Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

    • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

Our team will assist you with the resolution.

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is placed

  • Sale / discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange


Product Nature Disclaimer

Due to the handwoven and handcrafted nature of our sarees:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur

  • Minor irregularities are a sign of authentic craftsmanship, not defects

  • Measurements may vary by 1โ€“3 inches

These factors do not qualify for exchange or return.


Additional Notes

  • Accessories like blouses, fall, or underskirts may have slight color differences

  • Orders placed via Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook are subject to the same policies

  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (natural events, courier delays, etc.)
